Psychotherapy is a mental health counseling service, done by a licensed professional. Sessions are divided, and include: BioPsychoSocial, Treatment Plan, Several Assessments, Diagnosis and Therapeutic Services.
Coaching is a service where you can ask questions, opinions, and advice. This is based on education, and experience of the coach. You can request to formulate a collaborative plan to meet your goal. This is generally a one time service.
